In time, it will regain energy level and sense of well-being. The most important is nurse and post operative CS patient relationship that it well developed after surgery. Nurse is being responsible for patient care as well as the patient. This rescarch determined the psychosocial support, situational sensational information, and exercise on bed received by the patients who underwent cesarcan section and normal delivery in Parañaque Community Hospital. Specifically, it sought to answer the following: I. What is the socio-deinographic profile of the patients who underwent cesarean section and normal delivery according to: a.) age, b.) civil status, c.) educational attainment, o.. income and 2. How do psychological support, sensational information, situational information and exercise on bed received by post delivery patients affect early ambulation. The researchers chose to use the descriptive method as a research design in this study. The researchers described. recorded. analyzed and interpreted the results. The descriptive i method was used to present contemporary conditions that actually relate the progress and status of the method as depicted in the area and location of study. The researchers also employed documentary analysis. The researchers chose to conduct their study on Parañaque Community Hospital. Parañaque Comununity Hospital is founded and dedicated to the pecple of Parañaque as Mayor Florencio V. Bernabe's total commitment to their needs for hospital care and services. Inaugurated by the First Lady and Governor of Metropolitan Manila, Madame Imelda Romualdez Marcos on July 2, 1978. The researchers made use of questionnaires in gathering data for additional information in the study. The instrument must be based on operating room manual of the hospital, but due to unavoidable circumstances the rescarchers close to gather some questionnaires from previous studies. The design of the instrument allowed the researchers in assessing the effects of Psychosocial support, Situational/ Sensational inforination and Skill training to early ambulation among post delivery patients. The pre-operative teachings consist of psychosocial support, situational information, skills training and patient role which the respondents marked the column of YES or NO to assess the health teachings given by the doctors and nurses. The data gathering procedures started when the researcher gathered information from books, internet and other researches make a letter sign by the adviser or the dean for conducting interviews on the respondents who underwent cesarean section. The researchers gave a letter to the head of the institution where the interviews will be held to give the researchers a permission to conduct an interview. After collecting information from the respondents the researchers tabulate the information given and made an analyzation and conclusion. For the statistical measure, the researchers choose to used frequency distribution and, percentage. Frequency distribution is the number of occurrence in each class, while percentage will be taken by dividing the cases considered by the total number of cases, the quotient multiply by 100. The researchers' total number of respondents is 20. Majority of the respondent's age is 25-29 years old. Fifty-five percent (55%) of the respondents are single. Sixty percent (60%) of the respondents are secondary graduate. Majority of the respondent.; family monthly income is 3.000 and below. The outcome showed that the YES scale in skills training-bed exercises has higher average mean of 17.67 compared to the NO scale with an average mean of 2.33. The YES scale in situational information has higher average mean of 16.8 compared to the NO scale with an average mean of 3.2. The YES scale in psychosocial support has higher average mean of 16 compared to the NO scale with an average mean of 4. Tie YES scale in sensational support has higher average mean of 14.5 compared to the NO scale with an average mean of
S.S. In the light lindings of this study, the following conclusions are: 1. Pre-operative caching as well as the compliance to bed exercise helps the patients to recover and ambulato carly, 2. Psychosocial support and educating the patient helps to minimize pain and alleviate patient's anxiety. It also increases patient's participation in their own care and minimize post operative complications. This involves understanding the procedure and knowing what to cxpect, and 3. Patients who received structured pre-operatively teaching and significantly performed bed exercises and early ambulation significantly had fewer complications. The researchers would like to recommend the following: 1.Nursing Service and Hospital Administrators can improve hospital standards. Findings cf his study may recommend the Hospital to have a Operating Room manual that serves as a guideline for nurses for betten and early recovery of the patients. 2. Hospital Management should actively implement an education prograin for the development of patient, as well as the Health care delivery system. 3. Staff Nurse must closely monitor the compliance of patient and how she do the bed exercise correctly, that have been discussed in preoperative teaching. 4. The Hospital Staff should have a self awareness program to cnable them to function officiently ang to understand the patient's feeling. 5. Design programs for Student Nurse / Nurse Practitio.ver to improve the teaching competency. Different methods in teaching client should be use like brochures, return demonstration and other visual aids to motivate the learning of the patient.
