| General note | ABSTRACT<br/>Stress is a pressure exerted on a material object. It is the big problern of every<br/>jerson especially to those students. They are the most probably affected by stress<br/>secause of their school woks. The study used descriptive research design where the<br/>esearchers determined the relationship the level of stress among selected Grade 12<br/>HUMSS students. The sampling technique used by the researchers was universal<br/>sampling technique. This method refers to the selection of sample where not all the<br/>people in the population have the same profitability of being included in the sample and<br/>each one of them, the probabilfíty of being selected in unknown. Selected student from<br/>the Grade 12 HUMSS are the respondents of the study. The researchers used frequency.<br/>percentage and mean as statistical treatment of data. The data were all gathered and<br/>summarized as the researchers came to the conclusions that: Majority of the respondents<br/>age is 17 and 18 years old; Majority of the respondents are fernale. The emotional aspect<br/>has the highest level of stress among the three aspects. In terms of personal behavior<br/>aspect, the students need to bring the work at home; in the enotional aspect, the students<br/>worry a lot; and in the sleeping aspect the student have trouble falling asleep. A slogan<br/>will be using to immediately increase the awareness regarding the stress level due to its<br/>high level. The teachers recommended to maintain the conciseness of the respondents<br/>or it is better to improve the current condition of the students for a healthier lifestyle and<br/>better focus on academic performance. |
