General note ABSTRACT<br/><br/>THE PROBLEM<br/>The main study area is "5SLOA: Level of Awareness of 5S<br/>Among Grade-12 Students of Olivarez College Tagaytay" and the<br/>objective of the study was to know the Level of 5S among Senior<br/>High School students in Olivarez College Tagaytay. The project is to<br/>pilot a process where 5S can be fully implemented in SHS<br/>Department of Olivarez College Tagaytay, which improves the<br/>performance and organization of the school environment.<br/><br/>RESEARCH METHODOLOGY<br/>Quantitative descriptive research design involves the<br/>description, recording, analysis and interpretation of the present<br/>nature, composition or processes of phenomena. The focus of this<br/>design is on prevailing conditions or how a person, group, or thing<br/>behaves or functions in the present. The researchers used Non<br/>Probability Sampling method thru Stratified Sampling which relies<br/>upon convenience and access. The respondents were SHS G12<br/>Students, they were approached asked to participate in the 5SLOA,<br/>then, given questionnaire used in the data-gathering technique. Data<br/>were treated using Percentage and Frequency Distribution, Standard<br/>Deviation, Ranking and Weighted Mean.
