One way of promoting sustainable tourism in different programs and projects is determining the stakeholders' views. This qualitative case study research paper used the stakeholders' perspective approach to determine the tourism awareness of the stakeholders, the current situation in Ormoc City's tourism and hospitality industry, and recommendations for sustaining the industry. The research used various research tools such as the focus group discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews. To analyze the views properly, the repertory grid was utilized. Based on the research findings, the stakeholders highlighted the significance of Ormoc City's tourism-related resources and activities in the sustainability of programs and projects. There are positive and negative impacts that were experienced, especially by the local community. From the effects of tourism, the stakeholders recommended some actions to be taken by different institutions and organizations to promote sustainability. The research findings were one of the basis to conceptualize a Medium-term Sustainable Tourism Development Plan covering the years 2018 to 2022. The plan will provide standardized tourism development directions and strategic actions that will balance sustainability measures for both natural and cultural environments and their development, especially for economic provisions.
