Recommendation Considering the results of findings, the following are strongly recommended: 1. for the respondents, First, the respondent should consult to their Barangay Health worker in search of the most appropriate contraceptives they will use. Further, the researchers would like to recommend the couples of Barangay Luksuhin, Ibaba, Alfonso, Cavite to continue their participation in health programs and health services rendered by their health center, like seminars on family planning that will broaden their knowledge in spacing, limiting number of children, and promoting health as couple and as family. 2. for the future researchers, They should choose topics that would benefit lots of people of all ages. They should focus their study on research and as much as possible present lots of questions in the survey for further interpretation and analysis. Consider also the other parts of the thesis, such as the review of literature, related studies, research design, etc., because all of these are important in completion of their work. 3. The Department of Heath (DOH) should facilitate better dissemination of information regarding contraceptives and widen variety of choices of contraceptives.
