ABSTRACT

UNESCO (2015) describes sustainability as how a remains diverse and productive which is the potential for long-term maintenance of well-being having ecological, the Genera;l Agreement on Trade and Service-World Trade Organization (GATS-WHO), the Assciation of South East Asian Nation (ASEAN, 2015). the K to 12 and the New Philippine Qualification Framework have posted enormous challenges to educational leaders in training new breed of professionals to anticipate and respond to the 21th century's fast changing, knowledge driven global environment. The internal capacity of Olivarez College Tagaytay to translate policy into quality programs and quality results will depend on established internal outcome-based quality assurance (QA) systems. This study sought to determine the level of institutional sustainability of Olivarez College Tagaytay as basis in developing a blueprint for an internal outcome-based quality assurance system. Descriptive research design was utilized in this study to obtain information concerning the level of institutional sustainability of Olivarez College Tagaytay as basis in developing a blueprint for an internal outcome-based quality assurance system. The 100 respondents of the study included the administrators, faculty, non-teaching staff and students of Olivarez College Tagaytay . The researcher utilized an adopted ISA Self evaluation Document of the Commission of Higher Education. Weighted mean and ANOVA were utilized to analyze the data. Study revealed that Olivarez College Tagaytay has high level of Institutional sustainability of Olivarez College Tagaytay. The school shall not only establish mechanism but also put greater emphasis and efort on implementation of these systems that could further bring out effective outcomes.
