ABSTRACT
Everyone has different ways of relaxing and spending their leisure time
through directly buying goods, products, and services. They have a good choice
to spend more time in choosing items in store, even viewing the quality of the
products and services. Due to the increasing number of customer's reasons not to
buy directly in stores, malls, shops, and other establishments, online shopping was
invented and it has become extremely popular as it has an immense scope and is
expanding rapidly in the area of technology. Online shopping enables consumers
to avail products and services via internet. Anytime the customer can buy their
needs and wants without worrying the store hours. In overall, the online seling has
many benefits to the people in the society. This study adopted the descriptive and
quantitative research design. The technique used in choosing the respondents of
this research is purposive sampling. The participants of study were selected
among the Grade 12 senior high school students of Olivarez College Tagaytay.
The instrument used in this study is a researcher-made suvey questionnaire to
collect the needed data for the participant's profile. The study was conducted in
the senior high school department of Olivarez College Tagaytay located at Emilio
Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. San Jose, Tagaytay City. The researchers used
percentage formula, frequency formula, and mean formula to analyze the data that
were gathered from the participants.
