ABSTRACT

THE PROBLEM
The main study area is "5SLOA: Level of Awareness of 5S
Among Grade-12 Students of Olivarez College Tagaytay" and the
objective of the study was to know the Level of 5S among Senior
High School students in Olivarez College Tagaytay. The project is to
pilot a process where 5S can be fully implemented in SHS
Department of Olivarez College Tagaytay, which improves the
performance and organization of the school environment.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Quantitative descriptive research design involves the
description, recording, analysis and interpretation of the present
nature, composition or processes of phenomena. The focus of this
design is on prevailing conditions or how a person, group, or thing
behaves or functions in the present. The researchers used Non
Probability Sampling method thru Stratified Sampling which relies
upon convenience and access. The respondents were SHS G12
Students, they were approached asked to participate in the 5SLOA,
then, given questionnaire used in the data-gathering technique. Data
were treated using Percentage and Frequency Distribution, Standard
Deviation, Ranking and Weighted Mean.
