Abstract TITLE: The Relationship between Abstract Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Performance among Education Students of Olivarez College Tagaytay Authors: Abarquez, Almira Jane U. Amon, Justine Ann C. Cabria, Cleo Coleen I. Hernando, Cindy J. Name of Institution: Olivarez College Tagaytay Degree: Bachelor of Elementary Education Adviser: Mrs. Evelyn Aguilar Date of Completion:
This study aimed to determine the abstract reasoning skills and mathematical performance of BEED students in Olivarez College Tagaytay. The abstract reasoning skills and mathematical performance of the students were measured by the use of the Ottis Lennon Ability Test as the instrument. This involved 64 students of Olivarez College Tagaytay BEED students who were recentl determining the relationship between abstract reasoning skills and mathematical performance of BEED students of Olivarez College
Tagaytay. The findings of the study revealed that the abstract reasoning skills is 11.98 which is described as average and mathematical
performance is 11.98 which means that their level of performance in the mathematics is average. The researchers found out that the abstract reasoning skills and mathematical performance are significant.
