Abstract: Empathy is an important skill that needs to be taught in nursing school. This article discusses a project that evaluated the effectiveness of a geriat-ric simulation suit in enhancing nursing students' empathy toward older adults. In a Community Health course, 48 students participated in a hands-on simula-tion that replicated the physical and cognitive challenges faced by older adults.
