It also studied the response of the employees upon identification of bullying. Descriptive method was used in the study. A total of 74 participants were asked to answer the survey. The results showed that verbal bullying was the most prevalent among the participants, followed by cyberbullying, social/ relational bullying, and physical bullying. Psychological effects were the most identified effects of bullying, with stress/ burnout as the highest frequency. "Nothing" and "make other employees aware of the consequence of the bullying behavior" were the top responses to identifying bullying incidence ER -
