Leonzon School: Olivarez College Tagaytay Course: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Objectives: The objective of this study is to determine the nursing graduates' extent of actualization of the Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of the College of Nursing of Olivarez College Tagaytay. Consequently, the findings of the study shall be the basis in developing a proposed curriculum enhancement program. Methodology: This study utilized a non-experimental, descriptive research design. Non- experimental research is a type of research wherein no intervention needs to be done to obtain a research data. Descriptive research aims to accurately define and describe phenomena of the study through observation, description and documentation as it happens normally. The Nursing graduates of Batch 2013, 2014, 2015 and the employer of the graduates were the target population of the study. V. Findings and Conclusions: The considerable number of the nursing graduates could be among the young adult members of the population. Almost all of them are female gender, single and, use the internet in job hunting. Waiting time to land a job among the nursing graduates is two to three months from the time application documents are lodged. In the aspects of job hunting, majority of the graduates have difficulties in International Language test. The respondents are gainfully employed. In terms of area of specialization, data indicate that majority of the employed graduates are working as staff nurses in the hospital. And the nursing graduates are working as occupational nurses in the Industrial Companies. The most of the graduates are receiving a monthly salary of 10,000-15,000.00. Overall, the nursing graduates have moderately attained the Program Educational Objectives of the BSN Program of the College of Nursing. Specifically, among the 4 Program Educational Objectives (PEO), only the PEO demonstrate professional competencies of beginning nurse practitioner were fully attained while the rest of the PEO were moderately attained. Recommendation: The researcher recommends that the College of Nursing shall take serious consideration of some strategies that ensure integration and strengthening in the achievement of competencies that would ultimately contribute in the attainment of Program Educational Objectives specifically on the area of research, social responsibility and continuing professional organization and scholarships.
