The project is to pilot a record monitoring system, which will serve the College Department of Olivarez College Tagaytay, as a tool for convenience when it comes to retrieving and gathering clinic data RESEARCH METHODOLOGY The research methodology used is a research design approach (Capstone); quantitative methodology and creative research design techniques are necessary tool for illuminating how the Record Monitoring system is simulated at virtual environments. The researchers used Nonprobability Sampling method thru Purposive Sampling which relies upon convenience and access. The respondents were Senior High students, SHS and College Facuity teachers, they were approached asked to test the Record Monitoring System, then, given questionnaire ER -
