These strategies determined partly on subject matter to taught and partly by the nature of the learner. The choice of teaching method depends on the teacher's educational philosophy, classroom demographic,subject areas and the school mission statement. Data for this quantitative descriptive study were collected through an adapted survey questionnaire that was answered by the students of Grade 12 Accountancy and Business Management strand of Olivarez College Tagaytay. The respondents clustered according to their demograpic profile in terms of their age, gender, expectation to the teacher when introducing himself, teacher choices of dress and the attitude of the teacher. The data were analyzed using the weighted mean of each weight was estimated and there are specific corresponding result. It is shown to be unbiased for the true quantity. The study resulted to these major findings: first, respondents admitted that their teacher discipline them for not geting work done. Their teacher does some things that will motivate them to finish their work. Second, respondents implied that their teacher help them to learn a lot in every lesson. Their teacher has a good behaviour and caring to the to needs of their students to the lesson. Majority of the respondents are 18 years old. Most of them are female. Almost of the respondents expected that their teacher will tell his/her name and say something about his/her teaching experience when helshe introduce him/herself to the class. Majority of the respondents were expecting that their teacher would be dressed casually. Majority of the respondents were expecting that their first lesson with their teacher was going to be friendly, sympathetic and understanding.
