This study is focused on the board performance of the College of Criminal Justice Education at Celtech College, San Fernando, Pampanga which aims to benefit al;l administrators, examinees, students, school, other researchers, and the researcher himself. The purpose of this study was to strengthen Criminology Program at Celtech College amidst challenging competition among Criminology schools in the province of Pampanga. This study aimed to assess the academic performance and Board performance of the College of Criminal Justice Education at Celtech College, San Fernando, Pampanga. As as output of the study, an action plan was proposed to enhance the performance of the criminology graduates of Celtech college. The findings showed that the criminology graduates of Celtech in the years 2015-2017 had good academic performance and fair ratings in the criminology licensure examination. Furthermore, the adoption of the proposed action plan is highly recommended, and a further in-depth study should be undertaken on areas not covered by this study
