The evolution of technology in the 21 century has resulted in significant transformations across diverse sectors, including education. Particularly, the advent of e-learning has revolutionized the traditional paradigms of teaching and learning. This phenomenological inquiry explores the lived experiences of clinical instructors in nursing education regarding the use of e-learning. The study employed semi-structured interviews among twenty participants to delve into how these key educators adapt to and incorporate digital education into their teaching methodologies. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the narrations of the participants. Four major themes emerged from the narrations of the participants: integration of e-learning as an evolving pedagogical tool, enhancing student engagement and active learning, addressing challenges in e-learning implementation, and facilitating communication and collaboration. These findings underscore the complex nature of e-learning adoption in nursing education and suggest the need for a nuanced approach to its integration. The study contributes valuable insights into the burgeoning field of digital education in nursing and presents a base for further research.
