ABSTRACT
General Objective: The study aims to provide concrete information about the Stress Management among Caregiver Students of Olivarez College-Tagaytay
Specifically, the study aims to: ' 1. What is the most common stressors that affect the Caregiver Students of Olivarez College Tagaytay? 2. What is the common effect of stress experienced by the Caregiver Students of Olivarez College Tagaytay under each factor 3. What is the most common diversional activitie done by the Caregiver Students of Olivarez College Tagaytay?
Scope and Limitations :The study covers only the topic how to manage stress and determine the stressors. The respondents were the caregiver students of Olivarez College-Tagaytay The researchers conducted the survey from February March 2007
Methodology :The researchers have spoken the descriptive method of researcher to determine how the caregiver students of the Olivarez College Tagaytay managed their stress. Caregiver students of Olivarez college- Tagaytay were the respondents of this study. The researchers chosen the batch 9, 10' and 11€, there are 19 respondents from batch 9th, 10 respondents from the 10th batch and 33 respondents from the 11th batch. The instrument used to measure the opinion with the caregiver students are through close ended questionnaire. To facilitate a clearer understanding of data, the researcher employed the following statistical treatment, frequency count and percentage
