ABSTRACT
THE PROBLEM
The main study area is The Impact of Working While Studying in the
Academic Performance of Senior High School Students in Olivarez College -
Tagaytay Academic Year 2018 - 2019" and the objective of the study was: (1) to
know the profile of the respondents in terms of Age, Sex, Strand and Work Hours
per week (2) to know the level of academic performance of the selected working
students from Olivarez College-Tagaytay, (3) to show the significant relationship
between the dependent variable (Academic Performance) and independent
variable (Working while studying), and (4) to make a recommendations that can be
proposed to support and improve the academic performance of working students.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The research methodology used is quantitative methodology and
descriptive correlation research design techniques are necessary tool for
illuminating how The Impact Of Working While Studying research is simulated at
virtual environments. The researchers used Nonprobability Sampling method thru
Purposive Sampling which relies upon selectivity. The respondents were SHS and
College Faculty teachers, they were approached asked to test the Impact Of
Working While Studying research, then, given questionnaire used in the data-
gathering technique. Data were treated using Percentage and Frequency
Distribution, Standard Deviation, Ranking, Weighted Mean Pearson r.
