500 _aThis study analyses the correlation between the Laboratory Performance of BEED Students Undertaking Science subjects during the pandemic and post-pandemic. A crucial component of elementary education and training is laboratory work. A total of 18 Elementary Education Students' Academic Performance from 2nd year level enrolled in the Ist semester Preliminary Period AY 2021- 2022 and AY 2022-2023 were included in the study using simple random sampling. The Department Head of the College of Education requested the data and collated and treated descriptive statistics and Pearson r correlation coefficient using SPSS to analyze the data. The study revealed no positive correlation between Academic Performance in the AY 2021 - 2022 and Academic Performance in the AY 2022- 2023. Education programs must constantly promote knowledge transfer from the school to the Practical setting to help bridge the knowledge gap between theory and practice. Diversifying teaching and learning activities is necessary to accommodate the new hybrid class setting's synchronous, asynchronous, and constrained face-to-face learning modalities. The study recommends maintaining an Academic performance standard of 80% above grades in any subject with laboratory performance to promote a higher year level. Students who did not meet the required academic performance requirements during the regular semester must undergo a remedial program as an enhancement program for the academically at-risk students of Olivarez College Tagaytay.
