This capstone aims to create an Information System to help the Prefect of Discipline, OSA Head, Principal, and Teachers to organize the student records. It will be a big help for the administrators and faculty of Olivarez CollegeTagaytay since it will fasten document searching and save physical space for data storage. The participants in this study were the four users in the Office of Student Affairs, 5 Teachers, and 6 IT Experts as they have experience in creating systems. Each respondent is given a survey questionnaire while the researchers demonstrate the technique. The Rapid Application Development approach for instructional technology analyzes the system user data through four phases: Requirements Planning, User Design, Rapid Construction, and Cutover. In addition, the users determine if the system's functions are working or need improvement. Data gathered from the 15 respondents is calculated and converted into information. This is used to check if the system satisfies the user and all the requirements are met. This study sought to develop an information system to organize records and files, which admin and Senior High School faculty members in Olivarez College-Tagaytay can use. It is marked as fully functional by most of the respondents. Load times are fast, and the system can adapt to different computers. One out of 15 respondents disagreed that the tables were neat and organized. In other words, there is room for improvement. | ||
