500 _aThe primary purpose of this study is to know the prevalence and effects of bullying among employees in the selected Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) in Cavite, Philippines. It also studied the response of the employees upon identification of bullying. Descriptive method was used in the study. A total of 74 participants were asked to answer the survey. The results showed that verbal bullying was the most prevalent among the participants, followed by cyberbullying, social/ relational bullying, and physical bullying. Psychological effects were the most identified effects of bullying, with stress/ burnout as the highest frequency. "Nothing" and "make other employees aware of the consequence of the bullying behavior" were the top responses to identifying bullying incidence.
