520 _aABSTRACT General Objective The main objective of this study is to determine the prevalent effective and ineffective stress management among the respondents. Methodology The descriptive method is used to gather data by the used of survey forms. The purpose of survey is to describe the characteristics of a population. General Findings Based from the data presented by the respondents, the common practice is listening to music as their stress management which is under the effective coping techniques and under the ineffective coping techniques, majority of the respondents practiced keeping themselves busy in activities. General Conclusion Based from the results gathered, the researchers therefore conclude that listening to music is the most effective way of coping stress while getting involved in more of activities is the most ineffective way where the respondents could not relax and Still, then bodies and minds would become more stressful. Recommendations :Based on the findings showed, the researchers recommended some of the following that could help the respondents and other students experiencing stress more often on their everyday living. Some of these are time management for their everyday lives, they also have to prioritize things, find time to relax, and exercise regularly.
